the noise at night in this hotel is truly unbearable, even for a five-star establishment, and finding a staff member to address it was like searching for a needle in a haystack. i also expected some complimentary welcome gift for the inconvenience but apparently, that was too much to ask. almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from the nightlife! 🌟 The room was spacious but the noise at night really disrupted our sleep. Hope they can soundproof those walls more!
