the noise at night in this hotel is truly unbearable, even for a five-star establishment, and finding a staff member to address it was like searching for a needle in a haystack. i also expected some complimentary welcome gift for the inconvenience but apparently, that was too much to ask. almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t.

Recommend it for groups
Had a personal experience where the staff made ginger and lemon water for me when I caught a cold. When there was an annoying beeping from the neighbor’s room, they came up to fix it right away.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was acceptable.

The hotel has a nice gym with cardio machines and great activity options nearby, like the indoor climbing gym. Our family enjoyed the comfortable junior suite, which was clean and spacious for us and our 5 kids. The front desk staff was friendly, making check-in smooth and straightforward.
In my wife’s opinion, the noise from nearby nightlife was distracting. It would be great if they provided soundproof rooms for families.

Conveniently located with vibrant nightlife and numerous dining options just steps away. The staff consistently provided friendly service, and the freshly brewed coffee during breakfast was a delightful perk. However, noise from the surrounding area and the hotel itself made it difficult to get restful sleep, especially for light sleepers. Although the breakfast was satisfactory, with a few tasty offerings, I wouldn't recommend dining there for lunch or dinner.
